Varsity Women's Tennis Remains Undefeated in League Play

The Wildcats continue their strong season, holding an undefeated record in WCAL competition. SI topped St. Francis (6–1), defeated Mitty (5–2), and this week added wins over Presentation (7–0 on Monday) and Valley Christian (5–2 on Tuesday). With a perfect 4–0 league record, the Wildcats lead the league in wins and look to continue their streak on Tuesday, October 14th versus Sacred Heart Cathedral.


 

Women's Volleyball Holds Steady in Cal-Hi Top Ten

The Wildcats Women's Volleyball team spent its second consecutive week in the Cal-Hi Sports Top Ten poll for Bay Area girls volleyball. SI first appeared in the rankings on September 26 at No. 6 and maintained its No. 6 position in the October 6 update. The Cal-Hi Top Ten poll highlights the top high school girls volleyball teams across the Bay Area each week.


 

John Mills '25 Named to Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Watch List
Mills

John Mills '25 has been named to the Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Watch List. Mills has proven to be one of the crucial players for the Washington Huskies this season in his left tackle position. The Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award is presented annually to the most outstanding freshman in college football, recognizing exceptional performance and significant impact on their team. Mills has started every game at left guard for the Huskies this season, and is consistently graded as one of the best interior lineman in the country.
