St. Ignatius Athletics uses Arbiter Sports to collect our annual medical clearance forms and CIF paperwork.  Student athletes will need to create a new profile within each year's annual registration.  Once approved, you will receive an email from the sports medicine department letting you know you are cleared to participate in athletics.  Please use the link below to set up a profile for this current athletic year. If you have any questions regarding Arbiter Sports, your approval status, or obtaining a medical clearance from a physician, please email Josh Pendleton at jpendleton@siprep.org.
