Wildcats Punch Their Ticket to the NorCal Open Division Semifinals

Next Game: Thursday, 3/5 @ 7 PM vs. Clovis @ Clovis High School
The #9 ranked St. Ignatius Wildcats traveled 200 miles to Clovis to take on #8 Seed Buchanan HS and extended their season with a 71-66 win. With a balanced offensive game SI was able to extend the lead late in the 4th quarter. With the win, SI travels another 200 miles to take on #1 Seed Clovis at Clovis High School. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 PM as they look to continue their postseason run.

Next Game: Saturday, 3/7 @ 7 PM vs. Salesian @ Contra Costa College
The #3 ranked St. Ignatius Wildcats delivered a commanding performance Wednesday night at McCullough Gymnasium, defeating the #6 ranked Sheldon Huskies to advance to the semifinals of the CIF Northern California Open Division Playoffs. With the win, the Wildcats move one step closer to a NorCal championship and now turn their focus to the next challenge. SI will face the #2 ranked Salesian Pride in the NorCal Open Division Semifinal on Saturday night at Contra Costa College in San Pablo. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 PM as the Wildcats look to continue their postseason run.
